MINISTRY CALENDAR

Sunday Morning Worship

9:30-10:45AM

Our worship is directed by the Holy Scripture.  We have elements which guide us to call to mind the holiness of God, our sin and God's forgiveness.  We draw our music from a rich tradition of hymnody as well as the best of modern worship songs.  We have the Bible preached each Sunday through a gospel-centered sermon aimed to stir both mind and heart.  We celebrate the Lord's Supper on the first and third Sundays of each month.

Discipleship Class

Sunday Morning 11:00AM-12:00PM

Following worship on Sunday morning we have time of discipleship in which we practically apply the truths of Scripture.  During this time we have the opportunity to respond to the worship service through both comments and questions to the pastor. This is a great time to work out a language of faith in which we strive to own the truths of the Scripture for ourselves.

Men's Breakfast

Men's Fellowship & Study

A group of men meet two Saturday mornings for breakfast, a study and some working fellowship.  This is a great time of encouragement in which we challenge each other as men to be the men God has called us to be in our work, family and church life.  If you are able to stay following our study we have a few church improvement projects we work on together.  Come join us as we work out our faith together.

Songs & Scripture

1st Wednesday of each month 7:00-8:00PM

On the first Wednesday of each month we gather to sing, pray and read Scripture together.  This is a time for us to develop a familiarity with some of the great songs of our tradition and to reflect more deeply on the Scripture that has inspired our music.  A sample Songs & Scripture bulletin can be downloaded here.

Ministry Training Discipleship Classes

Weekly on Wednesdays 4:15-6:00PM; 6:00-8:00PM

For those interested in a more rigorous training in the Bible, theology and ministry skills.  We are presently working through a course on the Doctrine of the Word.  In this course students listen to seminary lectures, read assigned material, meet weekly with the pastor to discuss material and take assessments to evaluate the progress of their learning.

Covenant Women

Twice a Month at Various Member's Homes

There is a women's group which meets regularly to learn together, encourage one another and serve both inside and outside the church.

This is a multi-generational group of adult women who encourage one another to grow in godliness in their relationships and daily lives.  We gather to study Scripture, pray together and share our challenges and blessings.
